Community Partner Information

Greater Albany Public Schools partners with local organizations to share opportunities and resources that support our students and families. Community Partners may submit flyers for digital distribution through district communication channels.

Who Qualifies as a Community Partner

Community Partners may include:

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • School Parent Clubs
  • Youth programs and enrichment providers
  • Community organizations serving GAPS families
  • Local agencies offering educational, health, or family services

All partnership requests are reviewed to ensure alignment with district guidelines and community needs.

Becoming a Community Partner

Organizations interested in becoming a Community Partner must complete a Community Partner request before distributing flyers.

Once approved, Community Partners may submit flyers for consideration using the district’s flyer submission process.

Important Notes

  • Approval as a Community Partner does not guarantee flyer distribution
  • All flyers must meet district guidelines and GAPS Policy
  • Flyers are shared digitally and are not distributed in print
  • Applications may take 30-60 days to process
