At the regular Board meeting on April 20, 2026, the Board of Directors of Greater Albany Public Schools determined that tax lot 00603 in Township 11, South Range 3, west Section 20 is surplus property. As surplus property, the approximately 29.46-acre parcel is eligible
to be purchased.

GAPS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to negotiate further with one or more bidders as the Board deems in the best interest of the District.

The property is sold “As Is-Where Is,” with no representations or warranties. The property is located within the city limits of Albany, Oregon. The property is currently zoned as Residential Single Family. There is a 60ft x 48ft enclosed barn. Each party that submits a bid will receive a response indicating that their bid has been accepted, rejected, or accepted for further negotiation.

Written sealed bids shall be submitted to David Bolin, Executive Director of Operations, at 3610 Grand Prairie Road SE Albany, OR 97322, on or before 4:00 pm on May 22, 2026. Any bids not submitted on time or to this location will not be accepted.
