My School Menus gives nutrient information; carb counts and allergens. You can “build a meal” to find out how many calories, carbs, sodium, etc. are in your selected meal. Menus are available in many languages, but because they are auto-generated, they may not be 100% accurate in non-English languages.

Daily menus, with allergy and nutrition information, are available on the My School Menus website.

To make payments, click the “Meal Account Deposits” button below (4.9% fee). You may also create an account for free to check on your student’s MealTime account balance. Payments may also be made by cash or check, in the cafeteria with Nutrition Services staff or at your school office with no service fee.

Any leftover balance at the end of the school year will stay in the student’s account for the following school year or can be transferred to a sibling’s account at the request of the parent or guardian. A “My MealTime” app is available through the App Store. Families with multiple students enrolled in GAPS can request a family account by contacting Nutrition Services, (541) 967-4622. Family accounts will allow you to make one deposit for all your students so the funds can be shared as needed between them.

The goal of Nutrition Services is to make sure students receive the necessary nutrition to be prepared to learn and succeed. The school menus are analyzed each week to ensure they meet dietary guidelines. If families have a question or concern about the menu, please contact Nutrition Services or any of the school kitchens. Families are welcome to join their child for a meal at school. Adult meals may be purchased for $5.25.

Some facts about USDA school meals:

• Use low-fat cheeses, yogurt and milk.
• Use reduced sugar and sodium food products.
• Use mostly whole grain rich or whole wheat  grains/breads.
• Large variety of fruits and vegetables are offered daily with each meal.

2025-2026 Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) – Free School Breakfast and Lunch

All students enrolled and attending GAPS schools in person may now automatically receive FREE of CHARGE one (1) healthy, reimbursable breakfast and lunch meal each school day. Applications for Free and Reduced-Priced Meals are no longer needed. 

To receive a breakfast and lunch for free, students must choose a total of ½ cup of fruits or vegetables at each meal, plus two other food items at breakfast and two other meal components (food groups) at lunch to meet the USDA nutritional requirements to make meals reimbursable (free to students).

Please note: Individual items such as an additional entrée or “super breakfast or lunch,” milk by itself or second meals are not free. Funds are required at the time of purchase and may be deposited in advance by cash or check at the school office, or online at mymealtime.com.
