Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides services to help people privately resolve problems that may interfere with work, family, and other important areas of life.

 

EAP services include counseling, work-life balance, and wellness resources. As an OEBB member, there is no cost to you or your family members for using EAP services. In fact, anyone dependent on your income, regardless of age or where they live, and anyone living in your household, related or not, can access these services for free.
