Employee Criminal Background Check

An approved criminal background check is required before working for GAPS. Interested prospective employees must complete the following online form. Approved applications are valid for two years. After completing the form, allow one to two weeks for processing.

An incomplete request, missing documentation, or not addressing questions asked on an Exception Request Form could result in an exception request being denied. If that happens, an email will be sent indicating the request is denied and another request can be made addressing the issues identified. If approved, you will receive notice that you are cleared to start.
